Part I of V: Charts of Followers This is the first post that I am doing in a series of five posts looking at the charts of some of my followers. First up, the chart of a follower born 5/7/94 in Brisbane, Australia at 5:50 pm. Let's begin where I always begin: the south node of the moon. With the south node in the 6th house, we are looking at the chart of someone who has has spent lifetimes in service to others. We are talking about hands-on humanitarian action on behalf of "the least of these my brethren" as Jesus so eloquently put it. The south node is in Taurus, the sign of the orthodoxy. Orthodox belief systems have compelled people to devote their lives to service throughout history. Think of monks, nuns, and religious orders. How might this past-life karma be operative in this person's present life psyche? When this person isn't functioning well, she might being so other-oriented that she looses touch with her own needs. It might be guilt inducing to even have needs of her own! Taurus wants to be "good," and for Taurus simple is good. Taurus doesn't have room for psychological complexity. It wants to do the same thing over and over again. It doesn't want to trouble the familiar waters with emotions that might rock the boat, so all of that stuff gets suppressed. I see self-sacrifice and self-abandonment in this south node. The medicine for this sweet soul is in her north node, in the 12th house, in Scorpio. The 12th house placement indicates that she needs to spend a lot of time in solitude. Meditation is part of the prescription here, and with the north node in Scorpio, her evolution in this lifetime requires that she integrate all of the fragmented parts of her psyche. This is a lifetime in which she must learn to dance with her shadow and delight in all of the parts of herself that she has been so cut off before. I see her becoming a vessel that can hold all of her sadness, all of her anger, and all of her fear. The deeper that she goes into her own shadowlands, the greater her joy will become

This is the first post that I am doing in a series of five posts looking at the charts of some of my followers. First up, the chart of a follower born 5/7/94 in Brisbane, Australia at 5:50 pm.

Let’s begin where I always begin: the south node of the moon. With the south node in the 6th house, we are looking at the chart of someone who has has spent lifetimes in service to others. We are talking about hands-on humanitarian action on behalf of “the least of these my brethren” as Jesus so eloquently put it. The south node is in Taurus, the sign of the orthodoxy. How might this past-life karma be operative in this person’s present life psyche? When this person isn’t functioning well, she might being so other-oriented that she looses touch with her own needs. It might be guilt inducing to even have needs of her own! Taurus wants to be “good,” and for Taurus simple is good. Taurus doesn’t have room for psychological complexity. The medicine for this sweet soul is in her north node, in the 12th house, in Scorpio. The 12th house placement indicates that she needs to spend a lot of time in solitude.
