Mercury stationed retrograde on Friday, bringing the total number of retrograde planets in the sky right now to five.
Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, and Pluto are all also retrograde. There haven’t been so many planets simultaneously retrograde in over 10 years. Ten years! Needless to say, this is a pretty big astro-deal.
Anytime a planet is retrograde, the action associated with that planet is turned inward. Retrogrades signify periods of internal emotional and psychological process. Subjective awareness is heightened at the moment, making this a really good time to get crystal clear about what you want in your life, and to release any old habits that are holding you back. If your old emotional wounds are coming up to the surface right now, know that you are not alone. This stuff is coming up so that you can release it. Feel it pain and set yourself free. If you are feeling this one intensely, remember your self care.
